    Doll was exactly as described and was a great value. Packaging was double wrapped in plastic, so protected from liquid but not from crushing (which doll was not crushed but wasn't protected should she have been). I would encourage the seller to include some foam or bubble wrap on dolls in the future.

    Fast shipping Packaging decent Value decent Appearance new Condition - Item did not work on arrival and I had to call customer service support for the item and was luck to get help fixing the issue. The seller did offer return for refund and communication was good. Overall It all worked out in the end. Got the item working and all was well, but I felt a partial refund offer should have been at least issued for my troubles.
