    the plans I purchased lacked many key features such as the ribs for the horizontal stab and elevators, along with the vertical stab and rudder. The fuselage formers have no longitudinal alignment method to insure proper location and alignment. It is quite obvious the seller care of the quality of the plans he publishes or he wouldn't offer this type of plan to the building community.
