Package delayed. Tracking order history reset after two week of no status change, erasing all the previous history. Vendor would only start initiate investigation after 3 weeks of delay. No one offered me any explanation of the weeks of dealy. Given the considerable cost paid up front, this is being a totally disappointing experience, and i only hope it will end without loss.
