Vinyl record made in Japan usually has plastic outer bag instead of wrapped by shrink. On packing, we always put the vinyl outside from the cover to prevent from making seam split except sealed stock. But we state the condition as Mint or Brand New Stock, because our Mint items comes from official retailer in Japan.
