Poorly packaged, came rattling about. The screen is unresponsive in the middle and cannot work unless it is plugged into the charger as the battery is dead. Very poor communication,will not be buying from seller again.😮‍💨

Sorry you feel this way. All laptops are sent out in double walled cardboard with adequate packaging inside, with no damage to any laptop in transit over the last 12 months. The touchscreen issue was described in the listing. We were communicating with you regarding the battery and are awaiting your response. We had replied to every message you sent.
