    Item arrived damaged probably due to poor packaging (sad considering the shipping was overpriced)… so item not as described. I paid over retail cost in order to get the item quickly and it was such a poor value considering the damage. Contacting the seller was a waste considering that they are very very slow to respond and make promises they don’t keep. Shop said I could send it back (and pay my own shipping) for a possible refund or have them refund me $6 for the damage. They never sent it

    My apologizes that the planner arrived damaged. I take great care in packaging my orders (see my feedback). I was on vacation & had very limited access to the internet. I set my store on vacation mode & sent you a message stating so (see your screen shot). I offer returns on all my items & since your planner was damaged, I would have covered the postage back to me. I also offered a partial refund as a very small corner was bent & the planner was still very usable. I have since sent the refund
