    Terrible experience. The laptop arrived in awful condition: damaged hinges (I spent $30$ to fix them) and a faulty lid sensor, the laptop shuts down when closed. The seller KNEW it was being exported to another country and still shipped it like this. I can’t return it, shipping costs would be insane. Now they ignore all my messages and refuse to take responsibility. Totally dishonest seller.

    Messages were not ignored. I offered a full refund and a return shipping label. If he had it shipped outside the US there is nothing I can do about that.
