    Shipped super fast, product new and as described. However, it smells like cigarette smoke horribly. We re trying to get the smell out because this is something my daughter wanted so much. It should be noted that items come an environment with smoke.

    Buyer sent message she was disappointed with the brand new, still in package, purse. I offered her a refund on two occasions, & she ghosted me. There was no smoke smell, items are from a smoke-free environment. Short of issuing a full refund for buyers remorse, I'm not sure what else I could have done.
