    Item was advertised as “New” and “Vintage”. It was neither. It was clearly used, which seller acknowledged after delivery but only when confronted. Prior to ordering, I had several texts with seller about the item and at no time did he correct the description and tell me it was used. The added fact that the train inside the box was not the vintage train as pictured on the box magnified disappointment with this purchase. On the positive, seller did not dispute my complaint and reduced price

    The set was clearly marked preowned in the title and description. I offered the buyer a full free refund but he chose to keep the set for a near 50% refund. The set is vintage from 1985 to 93. and is the exact train pictured on the box with extras.
