    Not positive!! Seller listed Orca cooler. Bought the cooler! Transaction complete. The next day money was refunded. Email was sent with a lame excuse that it was damaged or out of stock. The pictures did not look damaged! If you did not have the inventory it should not have been listed! I only buy from sellers with 100% feedback. I never would have dreamed that I would not get my purchase. However, 6 people were watching this item. My thoughts are that seller sold at a higher price.

    Items were wrapped as good as I have ever seen, one of the best. But, Fed-Ex dropped the ball (pun intended) they must have thrown our box of heirloom dishes out the back of the truck on the freeway. (I may have exaggerated just a little). Several dishes were broken (smashed). Other than Fed-Ex being clowns the seller did a very good job wrapping. If they had not been wrapped so meticulously we would have lost the entire set. Seller giving us partial refund
