There was a problem with my order, I received the wrong dvd. When I contacted the seller on a Friday, I thought all was going to be well. Wishful thinking...I was told that they would look for it and send it on a Monday. OK sounded good. Monday rolled round and nothing. I then emailed after hours and didn't hear anything, so I contacted again that night..nothing. It wasn't until I mentioned an negative feedback before they message me. Wrong order, I get. Bad communication is a no go.
