    Seriously, I knew I was buying a laptop with an expiration date, as per a Microsoft requirement. It was new in its original box since 2014. I restored it, replaced the batteries (CMOS) and the main… New 1TB Firecuda SSD and new Linux distribution!!! It runs better than original with Win 7!!! There you go!!! Sorry!!!

    Once again my apology for not receiving your item. As mentioned before Canada Post lost your item. We fully refunded you for the item and the shipping shortly after finding out the problem and having it confirmed by Canada Post. We wish you would have let us know earlier that it had not arrived and we would have taken action early. We stand behind what we are selling and refund if there is an issue. We would have appreciated a neutral feedback vs a negative. This item was lost in shipping.
