  Cd arrived in acceptable condition. First two tracks skipped from scratches. Seller was communicating then went silent. Was just asking for partial refund for tracks that were obviously scratch and not in very good condition as described.

  Item lost in transit. Seller offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping but they waited four days to send out the replacement via ground shipping, not expedited, and the replacement sent was not the perfume listed. The photo and listed item/description did not match. Seller was argumentative and offered a partial refund of about 25% claiming eBay would side with him and he would "fight it." It being me trying to initiate a return. Mistakes happen but there's no need to be rude.

  We’re exercising our First Amendment right to defend ourselves here. This buyer is NOT being truthful. The item we shipped was 100% correct — verified by multiple witnesses. When she couldn’t cancel her order, she sent back a different perfume she already had, then left false and defamatory feedback to try and make us look bad.This is return fraud and defamation. We’ve documented everything, and if necessary we will escalate this to the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and local law enfor
