  The shoes were packaged fine. They came as pictured and the shipping was fine. The price was even great. However, they smelled like mothballs. Thankfully, I was able to return these. I did have to eat the shipping cost but hey! what can ya do.

  The buyer originally returned the shoes because they claimed they didn't fit. Their concern was addressed and we issued a full refund once they returned the shoes. The neutral feedback is retaliation for having to pay return shipping. We offered free shipping on these shoes originally, so we also had to eat the original shipping cost... but hey! What can ya do.
