Never received item. It has been stuck in San Francisco for days. 7 days past the original delivery date. Not happy bought for a birthday gift and can’t even give it to the. Why pay $8 for shipping when it’s been 14 days since it was shipped.

Feel very sorry about your frustration, I can understand how you feel and it is frustrating to us as well if shipping carrier delays in order. However we feel very hurt that you penalize us with negative feedback on something out of our control when indeed we shipped out on time as you can see on the tracking when USPS carrier you selected received package on time! You can open a case with USPS respectfully, but why are you accuse us on something out of our hands??? That is unfair and unacceptab

They always seem to schedule the delivery for a particular day, then not deliver, after which if you dig deeper into all that you discover in fact days later they will deliver, and then did (just my experience lately)
