  How to do not ship the card in a sleev and top loader, came in dinged and scratched, if your buying from this person, don't, no etiquette.

  Thanks for your business. The Card was shipped in a top-loader, with ample bubble and peanut wrapping in the boxing. Additionally the card was insured for loss or damage. Also, when removing cards from packaging, it is best to be careful with delicate foil treatments like this. Perhaps working with the Seller on this matter and also pursuing an insurance / loss damage claim is more appropriate than leaving negative feedback.
