I tried to contact the seller to get a refund after EBay auto-paid. Completely on me that I forgot I put in an offer. I would have been fine if the seller responded and said, oh I’m so sorry but unfortunately we can’t do that at this time or something else. But the fact that the seller never responded to my inquiry over a 24 hour period and then proceeded to ship the item without any contact, really rubbed me the wrong way. Terrible communication and no attempt to make anything right.
