You purchased over 2 months ago in March. You determined to return it independently. You received a full refund inc shipping costs. You did not share the tracking with us but did later with ebay. On the 9th you asked for a refund but we had not got the item then. You messaged us on ebay on the 13th of May saying you would ask ebay to step in if we didn't respond in 3 days. Before we could collect the item to check you opened an ebay case the same day =2 days early before we had seen the item.
