    The item is as described and it was packaged securely, however I had a shipping nightmare. After UPS redirected my package too many times due to a cover driver, the seller requested a RTS. Then I was charged a $20 fee for this RTS that was not my fault and an additional $20 fee to re-ship. I feel wronged by these additional fees. However when it reshipped it was rushed so this makes up for some of the negative experience.
