    The arrows I have purchased from you. This time are very poor quality. This was a surprise to me because in prior it has been always great quality. I purchased from the seller many times before. This time, the flashing were attached with very poor craftsmanship, and about half of the two dozen arrows I purchased are completely unacceptable. The fletching is deformed and not symmetrical at all. I am requesting a replacement for 12 new arrows. I have a video showing the imperfections. I can se

    Very sorry and surprised to receive this feedback. Buyer has purchased arrows numerous times with zero issues. Happy to get any arrows fixed or replaced. A simply message vs. leaving negative feedback would suffice. Such a shame to get this feedback after sending perfect arrows time and time again. Happy to fix.
