    This backpack was not the one I ordered. I order a pinkish color and received brown. I found the color I was sent online and told the seller who was pretty condescending about it and acted liked I was the crazy one. No way THEY made a mistake. But they did refund it and I ordered a new one. (Said same color but was actually pink this time) so it ended well.

    Provided plenty of pictures of the bag. Offered return instantaneously after the issue was sent to me. Buyer relayed that her daughter was having a meltdown crying horribly over the bag she got. Return was handled with no issue and bag was also resold to a new buyer also with zero issues.
