    Received the wrong item due to a shipping label mishap, when I notified the seller, they responded quickly and explained the situation, that two shipping labels had been mixed up and the items sent to the wrong people, the seller explained that once both of us had returned the wrong items they would ship them back out, when the other buyer did not return the item they received, the seller let me know right away, and even offered up a similar item to replace it with!
