  I'm happy but, It lacked proper directions, I had to search YT videos. It supposedly fit my 2019 Ford F150 XLT supercrew & it did after a few modifications. I had to move the latch away from the side of the truck bed with washers because the rod wouldn't reach. The holes on the back of the storage box didn't line up with the holes on the bracket to mount. I had to drill the 2nd holes in both the box and metal plate. And The mounting bracket on the tailgate rail was modified to work properly

  I have made over 15 appeals to the seller and eBay asking for a refund. I have contacted the seller and provided them a shipping label. They say they will issue me a refund, but then never send me a refund. Then they send me the same message stating that I need to send them a label. I have asked eBay to step in and was told I won my case and will be issued a refund (Case# 1-497336962916). Then eBay tells me they are putting another 5 day hold on my case. This never ends. Terrible!
