    Bills are bent up shipped just in a black plastic bag

    The uncut sheet of 4 Notes was in a hard plastic holder, there would be no way that it got bent up. Not sure if he didn't like the shipping bag that I use for many of my items to save weight on shipping of over size items. I did offer a full refund if he wasn't happy but got no answer on that. Last thing I am going to do is ship notes that are not protected.
