    Everything was as advertised, I located the correct information on the internet to install the item, There are some good videos on You Tube from Australia. Note that after replacing the ink overflow tray you will have to reset some counters in the software via your printer front panel to tell the printer it can make a fresh restart. It solved the problem. You need a bit of confidence around machines though. Good luck. This has given my printer a second chance at life. Thank you
