    As awesome as this purchase was, this issue is well outside the suppliers control. GM VIN locks their steering racks. Schram was incredibly quick and efficient with the delivery and I have nothing but positive words for them. It’s well worth the value and it came as shown. Packaging was also straightforward. Only downside is GM VIN locks steering racks
