    I never received the shoes I had ordered, apparently there was confusion with the shipping and they sent me somebody else’s product which I promptly returned, and I did receive a refund. I let the seller know that I was still interested in the shoes that I had ordered, but I never received any response. There was never any communication from the seller, or an apology! I realize mistakes happen, but at least own up to it.
