    Took 2 weeks to receive a pair of sunglasses that didn’t match the description in the photos. The packaging is a small thin cardboard box with a small piece of paper inside to protect. It wouldn’t have had any protection from any item being dropped on it. Then when the return photos were taken, the seller assumed that the surface is rough instead of being a smooth kitchen countertop but they assumed instead of asking and threaten restocking fees based on their assumption. Not recommended !!

    The buyer left this feedback before even returning the item. We have clear photo evidence that key parts were removed, and when we pointed this out, the buyer became confrontational. All items are checked and packed securely. Listing was accurate. We urge other sellers to use caution with this buyer.

    The box came completely smashed. Opened it and the glasses were wrapped in a single tissue paper. Shockingly the glasses were intact however the legs of the glasses opened like 125 degrees (instead on 90 degrees). Husband tried fixing it but lost cause. At least they weren't too expensive.

    The glasses were shipped in a proper cardboard box with tissue paper to prevent scratches. I’m not responsible for how the carrier handles packages after shipping. Leaving negative feedback without contacting the seller is unfair and unhelpful. Some buyers prefer to complain rather than resolve issues. I advise other sellers to be cautious when dealing with buyers like this.
