I never received the item I purchased. I did have communication with quick response. I was asked if I still wanted the grass seed and I stated yes. I was then given a refund. This is the first time I had any type of negative experience as the normal was quick shipping. I still wanted the grass seed over the refund and it disappointed me. Not sure what occurred this time and why the grass seed showed shipped but never received.
