  I bought this with the intention to fix another figure. I messaged the seller about packing this item with care, as it is very fragile. After 10 days with no shipping updates, I had to message the seller. Things happen, I get it. It shipped 6 days later. After receiving it, I realized a part was cracked after handling it. I assume the seller did not see it. These things happen. I asked for a partial refund. Thought that was fair. After 9 days, the seller has not responded. Very disappointed.
