    I don't really think they know what's going on. Has only a 94% positive feedback. Pretty low and I broke my own rules of doing business only with ppl who rate 98% or greater. Had to get EBAY involved to get refund after they sent the wrong item to me. The wanted me to return the wrong item they sent to the nearest Staples store!! I don't know one within a 100 miles!
