I am a collector and a finder of many different categories items. I visit estate sales, garage sales, confinement shops etc, to look for sought after items. Among these items are vintage, collectibles, toys, electronics, dolls, trains, magazines, books, seasonal items and much more.

    The box arrived with the tape coming off and the item was wrapped in plastic wrap. The item was squashed.

    Its unfortunate that your item shipping box arrived smashed up during delivery. I'm sorry that we have no control of carrier during delivery. We do pack items with packaging paper and packing peanuts. The picture you showed looks to have an heavy object during shipping that did that damage. If further assistance is need I encourage my buyers to reach out to me first before giving feedback such as this. Thank you!
