    The item I won was not actually in stock so I was offered a refund or substitution. Not a big deal so I took the sub. Once the package arrived the box was in great shape that the item was shipped in. I opened only to find the box partially crushed and the helmet scratched. None of which were disclosed in the auction. I was once again was offered a refund but chose to keep it as it is a birthday present. This could have been easily handled if the information was disclosed from the beginning.

    This is the craziest negative feedback I've ever seen. A full refund is offered as the item did not leave our location the way the buyer is stating they received it. But the buyer chooses to keep the item AND give it as a gift.
