Nothing broken and nothing missing; Value was very fair, since this was a hard-to-find item. Tom was great! In order to ensure these were the correct parts for a discontinued wheelchair, we were able to talk live and even sent photo's to confirm and identify the parts. I was always cautious about ordering from eBay. But, I am completely satisfied!
