  I ordered the tiara for my granddaughters School Prom. It arrived on time in very flimsy packaging but it was badly bent out of shape & there was a stone out of it. I contacted the seller explaining that my granddaughter would not have a tiara for her Prom on the 17th July now. The seller offered to send a replacement by a faster/safer method. But it did not arrive until the 20th July still in very flimsy packaging. The driver threw the package at my feet in my porch. Very unhappy transaction.
