A single man showed up to deliver it and the trolly he used was no bigger than a skate board. My daughter was here to receive the item but there is no way she could do it. I work around the corner so had to leave work to drag in the item. Absolutely ridiculous. Also delivery was really fast, only 7 days but estimate was 3 weeks.
