  This Xbox bundle was packaged very well. The Xbox 360 console and the Kinect are in great condition. The only problem was the controller. Both analog sticks are terrible and get stuck. Gonna keep the bundle regardless because the Xbox 360 is in such good condition. Oh well, will use the controller for parts.

  I'm sorry you had problems with the controller. I did test everything and didn't notice the issues you mentioned. Unfortunately, this was something that slipped through the cracks during our quality control process. I appreciate the feedback so we can improve our systems and not have this happen again. I offer free 60-day returns but as mentioned above the seller chose to keep the item regardless of the issue and not open a return.
