    Totally dreadful. Delayed and withheld the refund after not able to collect for health reasons. Waited for ebay to compell them so they could hang on to the money for the interest as long as possible. Very upsetting for their invalid customer. This deceit prevented by having one of their employers whom the buyer knew in London call them and advise them to settle at once. Only then was the money returned the same evening. This seller is a market trader in more than two locations. Avoid them.
