    We were disappointed that the heat was not near the spine, but further out. He wished it ran longer, but it turned off in a short amount of time, 15b minutes? And instructions said not to use it when sleeping, whereas he uses his heating pads all night long to soothe severe muscle cramps, so he can sleep. The massage was not nearly strong enough. But the dealer interaction was good. It was well wrapped and came in a timely amount of time.
