    I've had the SAME unit in my classic car for 24 years. Albeit I only drive a few hours a year, I'll be HAPPY if it lasts THAT long. Unfortunately, I WON'T be around in 24 years to report if it DOES! I paid about TWICE as much as I did in 2000 so I'm HOPING it'll "work as advertised"... ONLY time will tell.
