    shipping and packaging were both perfect - it as packed like an old and rare book should be condition is as described - in poor condition in terms of the binding and spine, but the pages themselves, upon examination, are in excellent condition I m not sure what we will do with it, but it COULD qualify for reconditioning (expensive) or to have the pages resettled in a NEW modern binding (much less expensive) in any case, good value and yes "as described" very pleased
