    I was sent a "New" set of HP 962 ink. Opened the box and they are EMPTY! WOW times are tough for fraud sellers like this one...Do yourself a favor and read their feedback and avoid at all cost. Luckily I can reverse this charge on my CC. But I'm sure some people don't have that option and get burned. Don't look for help from EBAY, it's more hassle than worth.

    I sent new a new sealed ink cartridge.You are claiming I sent you an empty one when you know that’s not true,you are lying and I gave you the option to send me back the cartridge and I would refund you and you don’t accept.You want the ink and also your money.You are the one who’s being fraudulent,not me.
