  The watch I purchased was incomplete. It was missing the cover over the battery. Without it the battery looses contact and stops running. My jeweler put tape over the battery to hold it in place. The seller had to know it was missing since he put a new battery in it.

  I offer free returns for any reason, buyer refuses to return the item. I cannot start a return for a buyer. I referred them to eBay for assistance, instead they left a negative feedback and rude messages.
