  Ordered a set 10 bolts. They sent 9 and charged the full price for the 10 with a note if you would like a refund call this number. I did he remembered the order he said okay. Didn’t ask for the parts back or anything. I waited I believe 9 days sent a message I was positive that was the end of it for him. His response was sorry about the delay he would refund me $1.00 because that is the least amount he could. Not only a comedian but a LIAR,
