The item didn't arrive. I paid for the item and then received a message advising the item is unavailable asking if I would wait until the seller restocks or do I want a refund. I asked for a refund. At roughly the same time, I received a 'despatch' notification. I sent messages to the seller seeking clarification. I received no response. A week later, I asked e-bay to help. I then received a message stating I'll be refunded. Better communication could have changed the outcome!
