    The item was not accurately described. I don’t appreciate when details are left out to hide things wrong with the item. Also I unfortunately didn’t notice the inflated shipping cost to make the seller more money. That’s my fault for trusting people

    There was no inflated shipping cost. USPS sets the rates. I don't. There were no details omitted. The program was in pristine condition with the pages where they were supposed to be. Also, I accepted your lower offer. You could have checked before you began threatening me. You found the "missing" pages and continued to be unpleasant.
