The knife was received blunted. This was not mentioned other than normal wear and tear and when examining the photos it does not appear to be. With knives the point should be intact unless otherwise specified. As well the close to sixteen dollars for shipping that was sent ground was overpriced and the packaging amateurish. The knife blade was not secured in cardboard or something stiff and flat. It was wrapped in bubble wrap which sharp knives cut through easily when jostling.

We tried to give solutions to the buyer of this issue but was not willing to give us a chance. We are 100% willing to resolve any issues and always offer refunds. We think we could have resolved issue if we had been given the opportunity. We will try our best to keep our customers happy!
