  An almost perfect transaction. No drama. No surprises. Had the package arrived without it being bent, though [in spite of the ‘Do Not Bend’ sticker], it would’ve been perfect. Sadly, the BRP end is bent at an approximate 30° angle. Fortunately, there are no finish cracks, so I should be able to gently bend it back. Perhaps the shipping box could’ve been stiffer. This is not the Seller’s fault. It’s unfortunate they were let down by their shipper.

  Nice sign. Even though the seller put it in a box, with ample packing, the USPS managed to bend the box in half TWICE and puncture it once. This happens with any boxes that have instructions now-a-days. No one has any pride in their work. I don't know why. It feels good to make people happy, or am I just weird? Maybe the solution is writing BIOHAZARD or INFECTIOUS MATERIAL on the box... The seller did nothing wrong. Was professional on all fronts. 5 STARS A+++++++++++++

  The sign looks very nice, with vibrant colors. No disappointments there. HOWEVER, it was shipped (mailed) in a thin cardboard box WITHOUT any packing material at all. When I took it out of the box, the sign was dented. I am not planning to return the sign or ask for an exchange. It is not worth the time and expense to do so. USPS takes at least week to send a package from Ohio to Georgia! I have pounded the dents out as best I can with a rubber mallet.
