    This seller encouraged return but did not say that they would only refund part of the price I paid even though the product was in mint condition. Luckily, eBay recognized this as unfair and refunded the rest of the total. Beware: if you return a “new” ipad they will not consider it new anymore and will not refund the total you paid.
