    This seller issued an invalid tracking number. The item was never received because they more than likely did not have it in stock. The seller retained my funds from the 20th July to the 28th Sept. The seller did not respond to my requests to issue a refund. This is a scam!!! I believe eBay should clamp down on these practices.
